Join the Women of Ford at The Sharonville Transmission Plant in Cincinnati, Ohio where you will tour plant operations including assembly and machining lines in this 2.4 million sq. ft. facility (≈42 football fields). This special opportunity to step foot in a Ford facility will allow participants to not only tour where the Super Duty and F150 Truck Transmissions are made but to also collaborate and learn from each other as Women in Manufacturing.

The Women of Ford are pleased to host this event and have you take part in a panel discussion to inspire and empower our current women in manufacturing as well as explore ideas on how we excite the next generation of women."

Sharonville Transmission is a Ford Motor Company transmission factory in Sharonville, Ohio established in 1958. Sharonville's heavy transmission product is the 10R140 transmission used in Super Duty pickups.
