Join us for a visit to Cargill at our Sidney, Ohio plant! Enjoy a guided plant tour across three production areas: soybean crushing, refining, and packaging. The visit is designed to foster connections and collaboration among local and corporate leaders at Cargill, creating opportunities to learn from one another as one Women in Manufacturing.
There will be a panel that allows our women leaders share their experiences, lessons learned, and challenges along their leadership journeys. Lunch will be provided.

Closed‑toe shoes are required (no heels, open toed or flats are not permitted).
Long hair must be tied back and secured with a hairnet (provided by Cargill).
No jewelry or personal accessories are allowed on the production floor, including watches, necklaces, bracelets, or similar items.
