Manufacturing leaders are trained to solve problems and deliver results—but rarely taught how to intentionally use their natural talents to lead people and influence outcomes.

Research from Gallup shows that leaders who apply their strengths are more confident, credible, and effective. Awareness isn’t enough. The advantage comes from using your strengths intentionally in real leadership situations.
This interactive workshop moves you from insight to action.

Participants will:
• Identify their primary strengths domains and how they show up in decisions, communication, and influence.
• Recognize blind spots that may undermine credibility.
• Apply strengths to real manufacturing leadership challenges.
• Build a focused action plan to lead with confidence and avoid burnout.

This session is built around the Gallup CliftonStrengths Leadership Assessment. Participants are responsible for purchasing and completing the Gallup CliftonStrengths Leadership Assessment on their own prior to the event. Please note that the $49.99 assessment fee is not included in the session registration cost. The assessment takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete and can be purchased here:
https://store.gallup.com/product/cliftonstrengths-for-leaders/01tPa00000Qh7P6IAJ

If you have already completed CliftonStrengths, you may submit your existing report instead. A separate email will be sent one week prior to the event to collect participant results in advance of the session.
