As women, many of us are skilled in leaning on our network of female friends and peers, but often fail to realize the power of tapping into our male counterparts as allies. Join WiM NC on September 27th at 4:30 p.m. for a conversation with several male leaders who share their perspective on how men and women can work together to advocate for gender parity in the workplace and recognize the need for sponsorship and mentorship to advance that parity.
