During this interactive session on Effective Business Communications 2.0, participants will explore the building blocks of strong workplace communication—with a fresh emphasis on clarity, confidence, and connection. Whether you're presenting to executives, aligning with a peer, or coaching your team, how you communicate shapes how you lead.
This isn’t a lecture—it’s a conversation. Attendees will:
Reflect on their own communication styles and challenges in guided breakout discussions.

Practice recognizing nonverbal cues and adjusting tone and format based on audience needs.
