A beginner-friendly wellness and networking event hosted in partnership with Victress Elkhorn and WiM Nebraska. The event will focus on movement, confidence, wellness, and connection in a supportive, unintimidating environment for women in manufacturing and related industries. 

The event will include a short welcome and introduction to WiM Nebraska and Victress, followed by a low-impact, beginner-friendly workout with stations and modifications available. After the workout, attendees will have time to network, socialize, and enjoy light refreshments if sponsorship allows. The unique element is that the event is designed to feel approachable and supportive — not like an intense workout — making it a comfortable way for women to try something new together.

Attendees will leave with a stronger sense of confidence, connection, and encouragement to prioritize their personal wellness. They will also have the opportunity to build relationships with other women in manufacturing and to be introduced to a local women-focused fitness community.
