During these trying times in our nation and in our corporations, everyone has questions, concerns and are seeking some a sense of clarity about how to support our fellow African American co-workers.

Erin Welken of John Deere and Leandra Young of Corning Optical Communications will sit down together for an interactive virtual session and also provide a safe space to answer member-provided challenging questions. They will candidly discuss their personal experiences in their respective manufacturing environments as it relates to diversity, inclusion and developing racial empathy – for African Americans and others.

We can't wait to see you there!
