Join the WiM Minnesota Chapter for a virtual happy hour and discussion with our guest speaker Liz Wauters, Director of Operations at Colburn Manufacturing. Liz and her brother are second generation business owners and she will share the unique expierence of transitioning a business from first generation ownership to second generation ownership. Liz will also share how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected their business and the outlook for Colburn Manufacturing in 2021.
