AIS Inc. (Affordable Interior Systems) is 
a major commercial office furniture manufacturer headquartered in Leominster, MA, known for its innovative, value-driven, and sustainable products like desking, seating, and storage solutions.

Our manufacturing facility in Leominster is approximately 800,000 ft.². During our time on campus, we will tour the showroom and manufacturing facility. 

AIS is a Shingo Recipient so we’ll focus a lot of energy on Lean Manufacturing, our just in time manufacturing process and highlight Kaizens throughout the tour.

• Headquarters: The main facility houses both manufacturing and executive operations. 
• Showroom: A renovated and expanded showroom showcases the latest products in a modern, nature-inspired setting. 
• Manufacturing: The site is a large-scale production facility for its range of office furniture, including panel systems, height-adjustable tables, and seating. 
• Sustainability: AIS is a leader in lean manufacturing and they have over 11,000 solar panels eliminating their overall carbon footprint.
• Community: The company emphasizes community involvement and has programs to support a diverse workforce, such as the Radiance Program for neurodiverse individuals.
