Join Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Kentucky for a unique opportunity to experience the steel supply chain firsthand. Attendees will tour Nucor Steel Gallatin, where steel coil is produced, and then follow the process downstream to Nucor Tubular Products Gallatin, where that coil is transformed into steel tubing, all within the Ghent, Kentucky manufacturing community.

In addition to exploring two state-of-the-art facilities, attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow women in manufacturing from across the region. The day will feature guided tours of both operations, providing an up-close look at modern steelmaking and tube manufacturing, as well as a special Nucor WiM panel discussion showcasing women who are building rewarding careers in the steel industry.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the steel manufacturing process, insights into some of the industry's most advanced operations, inspiration from women leaders across Nucor, and meaningful connections with other manufacturing professionals.

Nucor Tubular Products Gallatin is one of the newest facilities within Nucor's Tubular Products group. Located on the Gallatin campus, the mill produces galvanized solar torque tube, HSS tubing, and mechanical tubing serving the construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy markets.
