Since joining Purdue MEP, Ranae has held several roles in the organization, allowing her to play a pivotal role in driving major milestones, particularly in the areas of workforce development, strategic partnerships, advocacy, and marketing.

As the Senior Executive Director of Purdue MEP, Ranae is a passionate advocate for the manufacturing industry at both the state and federal levels. She is an active member of the MEP National Network, serving on the Board of Foundation for Manufacturing Excellence. She is frequently invited to speak at various events, where she champions the industry and promotes best practices.                               

About Jeremiah Sinks:

Jeremiah delivers leadership training and consulting services for Purdue MEP, specializing in employee attraction, retention strategies, and leadership development. He also conducts continuous improvement and safety training at manufacturing facilities across Indiana and frequently serves as a keynote speaker at various industry conferences.

Jeremiah has experience in the automotive, mining, and construction industries. He has written two books – “The Field Does Not Come to the Farmer: Leading Gen Y & Z” and “The Field Does Not Come to the Farmer: Great Management Leadership”.
