Increasing supply chain challenges are being experienced by many manufacturers, particularly small and medium-sized operations. There are constantly evolving tariffs, ongoing geopolitical risks, shifting consumer demands, and persistent, intermittent labor and supply shortages.

Cindy Farrer from Purdue MEP will present a practical framework for managing supply chain risks and also building supply chain resiliency, offering tangible actions manufacturers can take to strengthen local supply chains. Participants will explore methods to identify and address risks, strengthen supplier relationships, and build supply resiliency through diversification, reshoring, and improved supply visibility.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to protect their businesses from supply chain volatility while also positioning themselves to capture new market opportunities.
