Laura Flessner is the founder of Mindtap and a Leadership Coach. A former Fortune 100 engineer with nearly two decades at P&G and Pfizer, she moved across engineering, innovation, and business leadership roles before launching her own work in 2020.
Today, Laura helps high-performing professionals — many of them women in technical fields — turn their expertise, ideas, and difference into real influence, without losing who they are. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, communication, innovation, and neuroscience, and is grounded in one core belief: leadership isn't a position or style — it's a system.
