Attendees will enjoy an engaging, behind-the-scenes experience at Acme Corrugated Box Co., Inc., a third-generation, family-owned corrugated packaging manufacturer with more than a century of industry expertise. The morning will begin with networking over breakfast, followed by an introduction and an informative “Box 101” presentation that will provide a foundational overview of corrugated packaging and the manufacturing process. Participants will then tour Acme’s impressive 320,000 sq. ft. facility in small groups, seeing firsthand the state-of-the-art 110” corrugator, converting lines, and automated material handling systems that support their 24/7 operations and commitment to innovation. The event will conclude with an interactive Q&A session where attendees can ask questions, deepen their understanding of the industry, and gain practical insights into modern manufacturing operations and career pathways within the sector.

Acme Corrugated Box Co., Inc.

Acme Corrugated Box Co., Inc. is a third generation, family-owned, corrugated packaging manufacturer, located in Hatboro, PA. Acme Corrugated has been in business for over a century. We are housed in a modern 320k sq ft plant equipped with a state of the art, high speed 110” corrugator,11 converting lines, including a large format box machine center and several machine lines for smaller box production. We have a multitiered Hi-Rack storage system combined with an automated WIP system, eliminating the need for forklift trucks in our material processing. We run 20 power vehicles, and 140 trailers, for delivery within our five-state marketing area. With considerable converting capacity we can maintain a 95%+ on time delivery schedule for our customers. Acme employs 280 team members and runs 24/7. In a highly competitive industrial sector, we continue to be innovative and customer focused. We make capital investments in the finest converting equipment available.
