She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University and previously led major supply chain functions at Dow Chemical, including global envelope leadership, regional supply chain management, and process optimization. Beyond driving metrics, Heather is passionate about innovation, change management, and building teams that deliver sustainable results.

Shari Mitchell is a dynamic HR and IT leader with extensive experience in global supply chain and operations. She excels at aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving performance in complex environments. With a career spanning strategic planning, procurement, technology, logistics, and large global transformational initiatives, Shari is known for her collaborative style, results orientation, and ability to lead change.

She holds degrees in Journalism and has contributed to scalable growth and operational excellence in roles across various industries including manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors.
