Get an inside look at how Global Electronic Recycling (GER), part of Full Circle Electronics, transforms retired electronics into secure, sustainable outcomes through a highly structured and labor-driven process.
During this exclusive tour, you’ll walk the full lifecycle of electronic assets as they move through the facility.
From receiving and initial sorting to de-manufacturing, testing for reuse, and final preparation for downstream processing, you’ll see how each step is designed to maximize value recovery while maintaining strict data security and environmental standards. You’ll also gain insight into how recovered commodities are responsibly transferred to specialized downstream partners, where they are ultimately returned to raw materials and reintroduced into your manufacturing supply chain.
Throughout the tour, key principles such as data security, sustainability, reuse, and operational scale will be brought to life. You’ll see how standards like R2v3 and NIST 800-88 guide secure data destruction, how refurbishment extends the life of usable equipment, and how a hands-on, labor-intensive approach plays a critical role in achieving both environmental and economic outcomes.
This experience will also highlight the impact of women across GER’s operations. Attendees will hear from women in EHS and compliance, accounting, customer service, testing and refurbishment, and packaging, offering perspective on the diverse career paths that support this industry. GER is also proud of its recent history as a woman-owned business, reflecting a continued commitment to inclusion and leadership development.
Whether your interest lies in sustainability, operations, or the human side of manufacturing, this tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at an essential and rapidly growing sector.
Space is limited. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the intersection of technology, security, and sustainability in action.

We hope to see you there!
