How does leadership affect our mental health?

How can each of us go to work happy and engaged?

How can we help our people feel valued at work?

Join us for a conversation with lived-experience speaker, Rob Kalwarowsky, where he discusses how poor leadership led to years of suffering and almost cost Rob his life. We'll talk about how people-centric leadership, taking care of ourselves & our people, and how making each person feel like they matter is the best path forward in industry. Rob will share leadership mindset strategies that will not only help you with building high performing teams but also will help every person feel engaged & happy.

We can't wait to see you there!
