- Drop off personal items 
- Brief introductions 
- Overview of GE Decatur operations and facility slides 
- Safety briefing and tour guidelines
- 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. | Guided Plant Tour 
- Interactive tour of manufacturing operations 
- Scheduled bathroom break during the tour
- 11:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. | Lunch & Guest Speaker Plant Manager (Conference Room) 
- Lunch provided by GE Decatur 
- Opportunity for Q&A and networking

Tour Requirements
- Long pants and closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes are acceptable; no heels higher than 1 inch) 
- GE will provide all other necessary PPE (hearing protection and safety glasses) 
- No cell phone usage during the tour unless instructed by the tour guides
