Women, Men, and The Secret to Whole Leadership
When: July 14, 2021
2 - 3 PM EST
Presented by Cindy Warner
Studies in our global economy prove what many organizations have realized through painful trial and error: unsuccessful leaders fail because they lack one of three traits (the “3C’s”):
Clarity of business acumen and intelligence
Connection in the form of empathy, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, and
Courage-the confidence, purpose, and ability to make decisions and stay the course
In this lively session, we will explore the fascinating differences in how women and men lead using the 3C’s. You will build your emotional intelligence and discover how to optimize the 3C’s where you work.
Author and executive coach Cindy Warner had significant issues early in her career because she did not balance all three-and she was miserable. After years of study on how the best men and women leaders led, and some surprising adventures, she developed a method to assess a person’s “3C Profile”. She then designed practical tools to integrate clarity, connection, and courage to build successful leaders. Cindy has since taught thousands of leaders how to coach and lead teams with higher engagement, more diversity, and better performance. Cindy will share her surprising and inspiring leadership journey and her latest research and strategies for success in this session, and stories and insights from her book Leading with Clarity, Connection and Courage: The Secret to Whole Leadership.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing this webinar via Zoom.
