Registered Apprenticeship Program Lunch and Learn: Strengthen and Diversify your Talent Pipeline with Apprenticeship
The Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM) is pleased to present an educational Lunch and Learn Webinar with our partner, Jobs for the Future (JFF).

Date: Thursday, April 15, 2021

Time: 1:00 - 1:45 PM ET

Join JFF’s Center for Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning to learn how the tried-and-true apprenticeship training model can be used to attract and develop talent, expand access to women and other underrepresented populations, and create a more diverse manufacturing workforce.

The webinar will kick-off with welcome remarks from WiM's President and Founder, Allison Grealis. Then, Jobs for the Future will share promising practices and strategies on the components, partnerships, and equitable and inclusive practices that make these programs beneficial for both the employer and apprentice.
