Leadership Consortium
Event Details
Leadership Consortium is an executive education program which concentrates on issues pertinent to managers of managers working in a manufacturing industry. The comprehensive curriculum is an outcome-based, cohort style training program focused on:
- Broadening personal impact
- Creating an introspective on building and rebuilding teams
- Transforming the leaders of tomorrow
- Leading with a vision
- Connecting and engaging people to a shared vision
The program design offers participants the opportunity to learn through new experiences, reflection, and peer coaching. There will be a variety of instructors and topics, designed to ensure that each participant will gain new insights and apply their learning throughout the program to their own leadership arsenal for lasting effect. To embed their learning, each participant will select their own projects during the face to face sessions based on both the curriculum and their organizations’ needs. Through virtual meetings and peer coaching participants will support each other’s progress on their projects. Each participant will be required to have engaged a mentor from their own organization to support and give feedback on application their learning and the project implementation process within their organization.
The Cohort will meet two times face to face:
May 2 - 4, 2021 focusing on Building and Developing Strong Teams
August 22 - 24, 2021 focusing on Developing and Leading a Strategic Vision
