Join us in Gliwice, Poland at Cechownia for an International Women's Network event sponsored and hosted by AFL. Experience WIM’s global mission in action through thought-provoking discussions, networking opportunities, and a behind-the-scenes tour of AFL's innovative facility.

7:45 a.m. – Registration and Continental Breakfast
Check in, collect your badge, and begin networking with fellow attendees.

8:30 a.m. - Welcome

Kick off the day with opening remarks from Mary Ellen Grom, Executive Director, Global Marketing & Corporate Communications at AFL and Monika Zyke, Human Resources and Administration Manager at AFL

8:40 a.m. -  WiM Association Overview 

An introduction to the Women in Manufacturing Association, including its mission, programs, and impact supporting women across the manufacturing industry.

Presented by: Allison Grealis, President and Founder, Women in Manufacturing

9:00 a.m. -  Industry Leader Keynote

9:30 a.m. - Panel Discussion

A dynamic discussion featuring manufacturing leaders who will share perspectives on regional and global challenges and initiatives.

10:30 a.m. - Safety Message

10:45 a.m. - Transfer to AFL Plant

11:30 a.m. - AFL Plant Tours

13:00 p.m. - Transfer from AFL back to Cechownia

13:30 p.m. - Lunch & Networking 

Enjoy lunch and networking along with a live robot demo at Cechownia.

14:30 p.m. - Closing Remarks and  Meeting Adjourn 
Reflections from event leaders to close the day’s programming, reinforce key takeaways, and highlight the value of connection and community within the manufacturing industry.

Note:

Facility tour participants must wear closed-toe, slip-resistant, flat shoes, ankle length pants, and be prepared to follow all safety, PPE, and manufacturing guidelines.
