Hear from Paul Greene, VP Site Operations at Amgen Technology (Ireland) UC, as he opens the event, sets the tone for the day, and shares what attendees can expect from the program.

A facilitated activity designed to encourage connection, engagement, and conversation among attendees.

Hear from Dr. Norah Patten, Aeronautical Engineer and Bioastronautics Researcher at IIAS, as she shares insights from her journey in engineering and space research, along with lessons on leadership, resilience, and pursuing ambitious goals.

Reflections from event leaders to close the day’s programming, reinforce key takeaways, and highlight the value of connection and community within the manufacturing industry.

1:45 p.m. – Facility Tour (limited spots available)
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a guided facility tour, offering a behind-the-scenes look at Amgen's manufacturing operations.

Note:

Facility tour participants must wear closed-toe, slip-resistant, flat shoes, ankle length pants, and be prepared to follow all safety, PPE, and manufacturing guidelines.
