Join the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Association along with top industry associations and organizations at the Coalition for Women in Industry networking dinner and meeting February 21 & 22, 2022 in Chicago, IL.

This meeting will include:

  • Presentation on the state of women in manufacturing
  • Keynote speaker Amy Wolbeck, Managing Director, Deloitte Consulting LLP
  • Workshop on tactics for engaging your workforce with the Bolder Company
  • Interactive afternoon roundtable on a variety of timely topics

The Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Association has brought together top industry associations and organizations to launch a first-of-its-kind Coalition for Women in Industry. The coalition builds on WiM’s reputation for innovation and collaboration and offers a unique opportunity to strengthen unified efforts to attract, retain, and advance women in traditionally male-dominated industries. The group is comprised of senior executives, leaders, and presidents of organizations and associations who are committed to this effort.

Speaker Information:

Amy Wolbeck - Managing Director, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Amy is a leader in Deloitte’s Industrial Products & Construction (IP&C) practice. She has more than 24 years’ experience implementing large-scale ERP systems. For the past 20 years, she has focused on driving performance improvements in IP&C companies through process and technology-enabled transformation in environments that have discrete manufacturing, specifically focused on finance process improvement.. 

Amy has led numerous ERP engagements and has successfully deployed leading practices that achieve financial and operational improvement while maintaining compliance. 

Amy is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leader for the SAP practice in Deloitte.  In this role, she is leading programs to raise awareness on DE&I topics, enable professional development and focus on well being for our practitioners. 

Jenny Drescher, Founding Partner, Bolder Company Inc

Jenny is out to help leaders and workers in manufacturing shake up the old to usher in the next. A candid-yet-kind facilitator, she draws out courage and playfulness in teams and students. Groups who are ready to take charge of adapting, collaborating, and creating dynamic communication appreciate Jenny’s fun, straightforward approach to activating and uniting them. She challenges leaders to break free of patterns that hold them and their organizations back and to cultivate the powerful leaders within.

 Jenny has 15 years of coaching and teaching experience in workplaces, manufacturing, and distribution centers. Her background includes adventures in forklift driving, sales, customer service and account management. She has been an executive coach since 2007 and also holds certifications in EQ-i2.0® and Adaptability/AQai assessments and coaching.
