I started my career hands-on on the manufacturing floor and have grown into leadership roles across operations and workforce development, always staying connected to the people and work that keeps manufacturing moving.

I'm passionate about supporting the skilled trades and creating pathways for other to enter and grow in this industry. Being part of communities like the Association of Equipment Manufacturers and Women in Manufacturing has strengthened that passion and reinforced the importance of connection and shared growth.

Supporting WiM is especially meaningful to me. I believe in creating spaces where women can support one another, grow, and lead with confidence.

I care deeply about people, the work they do and the future that we're building together.
