Shannon Milliman, Southwire Training Manager, WIM Alabama Northwest Events Director, Remembrara Founder guides the process of creating video documentaries of your life stories.

She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development, SHRM-SCP, Southwire Training Manager, poet, magazine founder with Robert Rausch and theStudio Journal, TEDx Speaker, storyteller, memoirist, performer, playwright of nationally toured, original play, “Not So Supernova” about the jagged edges of motherhood, marriage, pregnancy, birth and life. She has 5 children ages 13-21 and a soulful photographer and musician husband. They relocated from Portland, Oregon to Florence, Alabama, home of “Muscle Shoals Sound, Fame Studio” and the recording studios of all the greats. Her Ted talk introduces the problem of how she started to solve the problem of one undocumented life story by documenting her Grandpa’s life story. She loves helping others to thrive in the workplace. She loves speaking about collaboration, innovation and applying improv principles to make work more fulfilling.
