Rosalyn Wallace is a member of the executive leadership team of the Cosma group at Magna International. The Cosma group provides a comprehensive range of body, chassis and engineering solutions to global automotive customers. As the VP, Strategy and Corporate Development, Rosalyn collaborates with the executive leadership team to identify new business opportunities, analyze potential strategic initiatives and execute the long-term vision and strategic goals of Cosma. Rosalyn’s prior roles include leading the global real estate team at Magna International and being a partner at a Canadian law firm where her practiced focused on commercial leasing.
Rosalyn is passionate about empowering women within the automotive industry and is part of the Diversity and Inclusion council. She is also an active member and the executive sponsor of the Women’s eXchange employee resource community at Magna.
When it comes to mentoring, Rosalyn has and continues to mentor many professionals within Magna, especially those trying to navigate being a working parent.
