Professional Bio
With over 17 years of diverse manufacturing experience, my journey began on the assembly line at the Trane manufacturing plant in Lexington, Kentucky, where hands-on experience ignited my passion for quality and excellence. My career has spanned new product development, advanced quality planning, plant relocation, assembly line setup, kaizen projects, plant quality engineering, product assembly, and management. A notable achievement includes leading the relocation and setup of the first production assembly lines from the Trane Lexington plant to Columbia, South Carolina. I was honored with the 2024 Manufacturing Maven Award by SC Manufacturing and EXPO.
I have actively contributed to several Employee Resource Group committees, serving as a co-leader of the Women in Manufacturing Communications Committee and the Black Employee Network. My dedication to empowering future women leaders has been recognized with the 2025 International Women’s Award for Economic Development by Columbia (SC) Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Additionally, I have been a recipient of the Q1 2025 Trane Technologies President’s Award for Environmental Sustainability and the Q4 2021 Trane Technologies President's Award as a member of the Women in Manufacturing Steering Committee.
I am passionate about promoting the industry and empowering the next generation of women leaders in manufacturing. My commitment is visible in my ongoing efforts and achievements.
