Liz Rachal

Liz Rachal is the Director of Sales and Partnerships at Turning the Corner HR. Liz helps her team connect with business leaders who are ready to strengthen their leadership, recruiting, and people strategy. She works closely with executives to understand the real challenges behind turnover, disengagement, and manager strain, then aligns them with the right HR support, leadership training, or recruiting solutions to move the business forward.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s in Organizational Management and Leadership, Liz brings a strong foundation in organizational dynamics and leadership development to her work. She helps translate complex human resources concepts into clear business priorities, ensuring our clients see how people strategy connects directly to performance, retention, and long-term growth.

Liz is deeply involved in the Colorado business and nonprofit community. She serves as a Boulder Chamber Ambassador, volunteers at numerous local events and nonprofit organizations throughout the year, and sits on the boards of Women in Manufacturing (Marketing) and Open Studios. She's passionate about supporting Indigenous communities and the arts, and is a proud member of the Choctaw tribe. Her commitment to leadership, community, and culture reflects the same belief that drives her work at Turning the Corner HR: strong organizations are built by people who lead with intention and care.
