An accomplished, results-oriented individual with extensive experience in business development, project management, client relations, event coordination and grassroots government affairs advocacy. I thrive in a creative, challenging, and dynamic environment with a high degree of personal and organizational accountability. I have twenty-seven years of experience in the banking and trade association sectors reporting to C-suite executives with absolute dependability and professionalism. My strength is business operations management and helping companies realize their business objectives by promoting efficiency through Lean methodology and continuous improvement practices resulting in increased profitability. In 2019, I was a founding member of the Virginia chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WiM) and grew the organization to 514 members providing year-round professional development and networking with the unwavering goal of promoting equitable opportunities to women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. In 2022, I was presented with the Frank Armstrong III Service Award – one of the Virginia Manufacturers Association's highest honors. The award is presented to a leader that has made a significant and permanent impact on the VMA or the manufacturing sector.
