Juliana VanLaanen is the Co-Founder and CEO of 2MamaBees, an award-winning manufacturing company specializing in creating the finest quality playhouses and children’s products. 2MamaBees was awarded a Gold Medal from the highly sought after American Business Awards in the category Start-Up of the Year – Consumer Product. She was also recognized as a Silver Award winner for the American Business Awards – Women in Business also in the Start-Up of the Year – Consumer Products category. Juliana was named alongside her co-Founder “Women Entrepreneur of the Year” by The Tot in 2022 and named the winner in 2024 for Great Companies International Women Entrepreneur Award in the category manufacturing. She has been featured on the High Preforming CEO podcast and countless other publications including British Vogue.
Juliana is also a real estate investor specializing in high end Airbnb’s.
Juliana proudly sits on the board of the WeEmpowerHer organization, a foundation specializing in helping women coming out of domestic violence, substance abuse and other hardship situations to establish residency and mentorships while navigating finding their way in the workplace. She works directly alongside multiple other non-profits both local and nationwide including Dec My Room; a foundation working to decorate the hospital room of pediatric cancer patients, the Bumble Bee Foundation, and the Roc Solid Foundation both of which supplies pediatric cancer families with playhouses and swing sets.
