Jolee brings more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience to our organization. Jolee works closely with community partners to help local businesses and manufacturers solve challenges. Her background in manufacturing, operations, corporate leadership and strategy, quality management, continuous improvement, and warehouse management provides companies with the insight to expand and grow. Jolee uses her background as a consultant to ask the needed questions to address culture within the organization, to help orchestrate change, and to achieve goals and sustain expectations. In her career, Jolee has been a serial entrepreneur, consultant, operations director, and manufacturing liaison. Jolee is a certified coach in Working Genius methodologies, Positive Intelligence (PQ), and System and Soul operational tools, along with being a certified Lead Quality Manager for IS9001 and AS9100 certification. Jolee is also a subject matter expert for The Edward Lowe Foundation, Brand State U (https://www.brandstateu.com), Trainyard Advisors (https://trainyardadvisors.com), and others. She uses all of this in engagement with clients. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration with a focus in International Business and Financial Analysis. Jolee lives in NW Florida with her daughter, Kayla, and mother, Donna.
