Professional Bio
Jackie Bloom Pendergrass is the Director of Programs and Events for the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM). With more than 15 years of experience in association event strategy and management, Jackie leads WiM’s national meetings and events portfolio, overseeing the development and execution of the organization’s signature programs.
In her role, Jackie directs the full lifecycle of WiM’s events, including event programming, speaker selection, site selection, contract negotiation, sponsorship development, vendor management, registration strategy, budgeting, and onsite operations. She works closely with internal teams, corporate partners, and industry leaders to design programs that elevate leadership, foster meaningful connections, and support the advancement of women in the manufacturing industry.
Jackie leads the strategy and execution for WiM’s flagship programs, including the annual Women in Manufacturing SUMMIT, along with the WiM Executive Retreat. Through these events, she helps bring together thousands of manufacturing professionals each year for networking, professional development, and industry collaboration.
Jackie is a graduate of Kent State University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, staying connected to pop culture, and spending time at home with her husband, daughters, and two dogs.
