Bonnie Perkins

Bonnie Perkins is a recognized operational excellence leader with 25+ years transforming manufacturing organizations across consumer-packaged goods (H.J. Heinz), aerospace & defense (Raytheon Technologies), biopharmaceuticals, and advanced robotics (Amazon Global Robotics). As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she leads enterprise-wide Lean transformations, builds global accountability systems, and coaches leaders at all levels. Currently serving as Chair of the Women in Manufacturing Massachusetts Chapter Board, Bonnie champions operational excellence and inclusive leadership across the manufacturing ecosystem. She holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
