Beth Mickle is a strategic Human Resources executive with more than 25 years of experience leading talent, organizational development, and workforce strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, professional services, and retail environments. She currently serves as Human Resources Director – Supply Chain at GE Appliances, where she leads the Organization, Talent & Development (OT&D) function and drives HR strategy for salaried employees across the Supply Chain organization. In this role, she oversees career development, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, headcount planning, and workforce pipeline strategy, while enhancing onboarding and training programs for both hourly and salaried employees across multiple manufacturing sites.
