VP of operations, full-charge bookkeeper and back-office professional with 35+ years supporting small businesses and growing teams.

I’ve worked across manufacturing, professional services, international companies, and CPA firms, handling reconciliations, invoicing, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and vendor management. I regularly partner with founders, CPAs, legal teams, and external vendors to keep financials accurate and operations running smoothly, both in-house and across multiple client accounts.

I’m known for being discreet, consistent, and dependable. I do well in roles that require trust, flexibility, and attention to detail, and I’m comfortable stepping into complex or imperfect systems and making them manageable. Whether supporting a founder directly or maintaining the day-to-day back office, I focus on steady follow-through and clear results.
