Aaliyah Edwards

Aaliyah Edwards joined Nucor in April 2022, bringing prior HR Generalist experience from 5N21 Transportation LLC. Since then, she has played a key role across the Raw Materials Group, with a strong focus on benefits administration, onboarding, and talent development for the Raw Materials Group.

Known for her thoughtful and people-centered approach, Aaliyah consistently delivers her work with humility, care, and a genuine commitment to the Nucor culture. She is deeply invested in fostering an inclusive workplace and has led initiatives that support belonging and growth. She has also championed mental health awareness and support across the organization.

Aaliyah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, with a focus on inclusive leadership.
