Professional Bio
Melanie Smith graduated from Creighton University in 2015 with her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication. After graduation, Melanie obtained a position with Goodwill Industries working in their employment programs to assist individuals with barrier’s gain sustainable employment. In her time with Goodwill, Melanie worked in the WIOA program, Goodwill’s Re-Entry program, and their Business Solutions program. Melanie is an expert at learning about a business and their needs, then pairing individuals with employment based on their requirements, experiences, and skillsets. Melanie comes from a strong customer service background, and making sure that everyone she serves is satisfied is her #1 goal. Melanie now works at Highline Warren as their Recruiting Program Manager, and continues to help individuals in the community gain meaningful employment while also educating youth and adults about Manufacturing, Distribution, and Skilled Trades. Highline Warren is North America's premier distributor of automotive oils, chemicals and consumable products, offering strategic manufacturing and market exclusives to thousands of customers, coast to coast. Through educating the community about the skilled trades field and careers at Highline Warren, Melanie is paving the way for our future generations to come.
