Professional Bio
I am a seasoned strategist, project manager, and change management specialist with a proven track record of using my facilitation and communication skills to build cross-functional teams that bring projects to completion on time and on budget. I have a passion for serving as a point of integration – the glue – between diverse functional leaders, subject matter experts, and technical representatives within a team. I retain a sense of balance to keep the big picture in sight while engaging and addressing the interests of all stakeholders including sponsors, change agents, and change targets. My background includes assignments in operations, IT and functional HR, as well as management consulting. I recently join BASF as a People Consultant focused on delivery of HR projects with internal customers across business units and functional departments.
