Professional Bio
When it comes to supply chain and product operations, Dyci’s experience is that most organizations are leaving money on the table due to disorganized processes. She started NGA to leverage her business acumen and technical expertise to empower clients to be customer-centric and scale intelligently, a successful recipe that helped NGA grow to 7 employees in its first 18 months of existence. Through business and digital architecture advisory services, Dyci and her team direct clients on how to establish efficient processes, identify and implement digital technologies, and effectively engage people as a roadmap for success.
Prior to NGA, she spent several years as an analyst and consultant for other firms, experiences that helped her recognize the need for a holistic supply chain transformation solution for startups and midmarket companies that combines technical expertise with a deep knowledge of digital tools and empowerment of people.
Dyci graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Spanish and is fluent in Spanish and Italian. After calling Atlanta home for most of her formative years, she embarked on a six-month adventure to Italy after college, which turned into 5 years living between the U.S. and several countries in Europe, including Milan, Italy, where she met her husband Joseph. She returned to Atlanta in 2016 to attend Kennesaw State University, where she earned an M.S. in Engineering Management.
