Katie Groves is a dynamic B2B leader with over a decade of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering transformative results. As National Fleet Sales Manager at Adrian Steel, she led four record-breaking years—growing the business by 75% and managing over $175M in annual revenue through innovative solutions for major corporate clients like Amazon, Walmart, and Verizon. Katie’s leadership is defined by her ability to connect customer insight with operational execution, aligning sales, marketing, and operations to exceed ambitious growth targets.

She began her career in account management, inside sales and ops, followed by outside sales, where she tripled market share in a previously underperforming territory, turning $10M annually into a $30M portfolio. Katie is currently earning her Executive MBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and holds dual BAs in Journalism and Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
