Welcome & Orientation – Attendees will meet our General Manager, who will provide an overview of Reser’s history, values, and dedication to quality. Guests will also receive safety equipment (PPE) and a briefing on production floor etiquette.
Guided Plant Tour – The General Manager will walk attendees through each stage of the production process, pointing out key steps in ingredient preparation, mixing, cooking, packaging, and quality control. Seeing the facility in motion offers an authentic look at the teamwork and precision that make large-scale food manufacturing possible.
Leadership Perspective – Throughout the tour, the General Manager will highlight operational strategies, workforce development efforts, and the company’s commitment to safety and innovation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly of plant leadership.
Closing Conversation – The event will conclude with a discussion led by the General Manager, reflecting on the tour experience, reinforcing Reser’s values, and providing information about career pathways and community impact.

This event is open to individuals who are not employed by a direct competitor of Reser's. We appreciate your understanding that, at the request of our host, participation is limited to ensure an open and collaborative environment. The host company reserves the right to review registrations and decline attendance if necessary.
Everyone must come clothed in ankle length or longer pants, closed toe shoes (must have laces/Velcro no ballet flats), no jewelry on the plant floor. Wedding rings/watches may be placed in a secure pocket though. All remaining PPE will be provided upon arrival. This includes smock, hairnet, ear protection, boot covers and gloves.
