Join us on Thursday May 9th, for an interactive session to start to learn how to identify the four Business Chemistry types to help you develop a hunch about other people’s working styles through observation. During this session you will discover your team’s composition and unique characteristics, explore ways to engage more effectively with individuals and your team and practice by creating fun and memorable experiences that engage participants through active learning.  Prior to attending, you will be asked to spend 10 minutes completing an online assessment to get a detailed report about your working style to bring with you to the session. Also, all attendees will be eligible for 1 CPE credit!

Meet Our Speakers

	Ben Tomins is an Accounting advisory senior manager of 12+ years serving a mix of public and private clients. Ben has served key roles in navigating complex accounting matters including on-call accounting, ESG and sustainability reporting/readiness/compliance, external audit support, internal audit services, IPOs/SPACs, SOX/internal controls, acquisitions, divestitures, impairments, bankruptcy accounting, IT vendor solution recommendations among other accounting services specific to certain projects. Additionally, Ben was honored to be selected as part of the Cleveland Leadership Center's 2024 Bridge Builders class and Crain's Cleveland Business, Twenty in their 20's for 2019. Also, Ben serves on the Board of Directors for Three Arches Foundation.
	Katie Vitaliti has over 12 years of experience serving large, complex audits of multinational companies in a variety of industries including the Consumer and Energy, Resources & Industrials industries. Katie spent 4 years of her career serving the Asia Pacific operations of large US multinational companies within the Deloitte Australia audit practice on a global deployment for the US firm. During her time in Australia, she also led the PCAOB quality pillar for the Deloitte Australia audit practice. Her primary specializations include SEC financial reporting, SOX 404 and internal control compliance, debt and equity offerings, multi-national corporations and Global Group Audits, PCAOB quality compliance and complex project management. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio and is Six Sigma green belt trained.
