This is Part II of a three part workshop. Each session is valuable alone and/or with the previous workshop. 

Objectives:
1. We will tie it all together: why mindfulness and goal setting (from January workshop) directly correlate with your values and purpose.
2. Get clear on your individual core values- do your values align with the goals you are setting?
3. Start to define your purpose statement- is your career helping you live out your purpose?
