Meredith Lepley SOAR Certified Facilitator
Meredith is an organizational psychologist, consultant and professor. Her work focuses on assessing employee engagement and organizational practices, diagnosing organizational problems, training organizations and employees on workplace topics including leadership and change. On the faculty of the University of Southern California in the Masters of Applied Psychology Program, she teaches graduate students to use survey data to improve the employee experience and solve business challenges. Meredith previously served as a consultant with Miller Consultants; the Director of Research and Consulting at the University of Kentucky’s Institute for Workplace Innovation; and a psychology professor at Eastern Kentucky University. At EKU, Meredith conducted research on workplace issues such as workspace personalization and pets in the workplace which was published in academic journals and noticed by popular media outlets including The Washington Post, U.S. News & World Report, Psychology Today, The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, and National Public Radio.
