First Annual Student and Early Career Symposium hosted by the Central PA WiM Chapter professionals

Join us for the first annual Built to Lead: Sisters in Manufacturing, Leaders in Industry Symposium—an afternoon designed to support, promote, and inspire the next generation of women and allies in manufacturing.

This event welcomes female students and WiM Allies, age 18 and older, from colleges and technical schools who have graduated high school and are interested in pursuing careers in manufacturing.  We are also inviting early career professionals to join us for this inspiring day. 
Be prepared to walk away with information on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Feedback, Work-Life Balance and Boundary Setting, and Understanding Salaried Benefits on a Job Offer.
