Join WiM California for a virtual meeting open to all registered members of the WiM California Chapter. Our monthly meetings will include an intro from our Chair, with updates on events and upcoming opportunities, and an educational session led by a guest speaker focused on a timely and relevant topic.
The WiM CA chapter provides excellent opportunities for you to expand your local network, build valuable business relationships, and enjoy industry-related programming.

Topic: Effectively communicating to all levels of the organization; Board Members, C-Suite, Operations and Technical.
Speaker: Dawn Nowicki, VP of Marketing & ESG, MRP Solutions
Dawn Nowicki is the Vice President of Marketing and ESG for MRP Solutions where she is primarily focused on supporting sales, ESG and Innovation & amp; Technology by integrating the market/customer trends and needs with MRP’s strategy to identify solutions and promote growth. She has a diverse background in packaging and Healthcare serving in a variety of roles from Engineering, Quality, Sales and Marketing in both Glass and Plastic Packaging having formerly worked for Owens-Illinois, Rexam, Priority Plastics, and Eli Lilly.
Dawn has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
MRP Solutions is a leading manufacturer of custom plastic packaging components, specializing in injection-molded caps, closures (like child-resistant and dispensing), and jars for healthcare, personal care, food, beverage, and other industries, focusing on innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions that enhance brand appeal and consumer confidence.
