Author and executive coach Cindy Warner had significant issues early in her career because she did not balance all three-and she was miserable. After years of study on how the best men and women leaders led, and some surprising adventures, she developed a method to assess a person’s “3C Profile”. She then designed practical tools to integrate clarity, connection, and courage to build successful leaders. Cindy has since taught thousands of leaders how to coach and lead teams with higher engagement, more diversity, and better performance. Cindy will share her surprising and inspiring leadership journey and her latest research and strategies for success in this session, and stories and insights from her book Leading with Clarity, Connection and Courage: The Secret to Whole Leadership.
