Join us as we return to Monterrey, MX for a day of learning and connection sponsored and hosted by Siemens, with support from Index Nuevo León.  Experience WiM’s global mission in action through thought-provoking discussions, networking opportunities, and a behind-the-scenes tour of Siemens' innovative operations in Monterrey.

9:15 a.m. – Registration
Check in, collect your badge, and begin networking with fellow attendees.

9:50 a.m. – EHS Moment
A brief safety overview to familiarize attendees with key facility hazards, required precautions, and essential safety protocols.

9:55 a.m. – Welcome
Opening remarks from host organization leadership to set the tone for the day and provide an overview of what to expect.

10:05 a.m. – Women in Manufacturing Association Overview
An introduction to the Women in Manufacturing Association, including its mission, programs, and impact supporting women across the manufacturing industry.

10:25 a.m. – Interactive Icebreaker
A facilitated activity designed to encourage connection, engagement, and conversation among attendees.

10:45 a.m. – Keynote Address

An inspiring keynote sharing personal leadership insights, career lessons, and practical perspectives to empower women to grow, lead with confidence, and create meaningful impact in manufacturing.

11:45 p.m. – Panel Discussion

1:00 p.m. – Facility Tour
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive guided facility tour, offering a behind-the-scenes look at manufacturing operations at Siemens Monterrey.

Note: Facility tour participants should wear closed-toe, slip-resistant, flat shoes and be prepared to follow all safety, PPE, and manufacturing guidelines.

3:45 p.m. – Closing Remarks
Reflections from event leaders to close the day’s programming, reinforce key takeaways, and highlight the value of connection and community within the manufacturing industry.
