WiM Signature Events

WiM's annual SUMMIT attracts more than 2,000 professionals from across the country and is the only national conference dedicated to women in manufacturing. This three-day networking and educational event features manufacturing plant tours, keynote presentations, roundtable discussions, breakout sessions and social events to expand participants’ networks.

Moms in MFG is a virtual conference and community which focuses on supporting moms and caregivers working in manufacturing. Moms in MFG provides those involved with valuable content as well as opportunities to connect and collaborate with fellow moms working in the industry through regularly scheduled events as well as an online community.  

The Women in Manufacturing Virtual Career Fair provides a streamlined and cost effective process for employers and job seekers to connect one-on-one from across the country in a convenient virtual platform. Employers have the opportunity to preview candidate resumes and information, schedule chats and conduct interviews, all while highlighting their company's culture, location and workplace benefits with a customizable booth.  Job seekers are able to browse through the virtual booths, showcase their resumes and engage with recruiters from top manufacturing companies for free from the convenience of their own device.

The WiM Summer Leadership Conference is an exclusive, thought-leadership event for WiM's National Board of Directors and members of the Corporate Partnership Council. Corporate members are able to send one representative from their organization at no cost. Event occurs in the summer months.

The WiM Winter Leadership Conference is an exclusive, thought-leadership event for WiM's National Board of Directors and members of the Corporate Partnership Council. Corporate members are able to send one representative from their organization at no cost. Event occurs in the winter months.

WiM North is one of WiM's three-part annual regional conference series. Focusing on Northern U.S. manufacturing trends and networks, WiM North caters to professionals working in production all the way to the C-Suite through topical industry knowledge experts and leaders.

WiM South is one of WiM's three rapidly growing regional conferences that are part of an annual event series. This conference is for manufacturing professionals who are navigating their way through their manufacturing careers - whether it be in production, the C- Suite, or anywhere in between. The conference includes a day of learning from regional industry experts and connecting with peers from Southern U.S. manufacturing industries.

WiM West is one of WiM's three regional conferences that are part of an annual event series.
